Planning Your Trip

Nullarbor Traveller FAQ

Is this trip right for you?

We love camping and think it is the best way to experience our amazing destinations. This trip is swag camping only with pretty basic facilities and some days no showers available. But when you are sleeping under the stars in some of the country’s most spectacular National Parks and swimming in some of the most beautiful beaches you tend to forget about this pretty quickly!

And you can put away your phone for the most part. The very limited reception along the way may sound scary to you. However, we think it gives you a real chance to disconnect from the outside world for a few days and deeply connect with nature, your new friends and even yourself!

What to pack?

Luggage restrictions apply of one backpack/soft travel bag per person (max 15 kg) and one piece of hand luggage. Also, ensure that you have comfortable walking shoes, water bottle, insect repellent, hat, sunscreen, swimmers and snacks in your hand luggage on the bus. It’s also a great idea to have a torch or headlight, travel pillow and rainproof jacket. And don’t forget a sleeping bag!

Reconfirming Your Booking

Please reconfirm your booking by calling or emailing us direct at least 48 hours before your departure and this way you can also confirm your pick up point at your starting destination.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend travel insurance and recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects. You must provide proof of your travel insurance on the first day of your trip; you will not be able to join the trip without it. If you obtain travel insurance through us you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the level of insurance we have arranged.

Optional Extra Activities

While everything on our tours is included in the price such as transport, accommodation, food and entry and national park fees, there are a couple of optional extra activities that we leave up to you to decide if you want to get involved. We highly recommend you book these at the time of making your booking as they cannot be booked on tour and you don’t want to miss out!
