Locks Well on Eyre Peninsula
WWOOFING
Linking volunteers with organic farmers

Willing Workers on Organic Farms or WWOOFing as most of us know it is a worldwide movement linking volunteers with organic farmers to promote cultural and educational experiences helping to build a sustainable global community. In addition to our tours we also own Coodlie Park Farm Retreat which is a remote 3000-acre coastal/rural accommodation property situated on the spectacular Eyre Peninsula, 700km west of Adelaide.

We are certified WWOOF hosts and are always on the lookout for hard working travellers who share our passion for the environment and want to offset their own travel footprint while they are in Australia. We will teach you about the region, feed and accommodate you, share our very own private beach with you, take you out wildlife spotting and essentially welcome you into our family during your visit.

In return you need to do about 6 hours work each day doing a range of things such as tree planting, native seed collection, stone wall preservation, fencing, general farm chores, painting, gardening, cleaning and maintenance. All of our tours stop off at Coodlie Park which means you can jump back on the bus and continue your journey when you are ready!

Check out one of our past WWOOFers blogs and get in touch if you think this is up your alley!

To sign up to be a WWOOFer you need to be registered so head over to the WWOOF Australia website for all the most up to date information including changes to visa laws and applying for a second year visa.
