Guides
The quality of a guide can make or break a tour experience and ours are some of the best in the business!

Your guide, your friend, your mum, your cook, your doctor…. you name it, these legends do become quite an important part of your life for a week or two!

Our talented and professional guides share our philosophy and passion for environmental sustainability and have extensive knowledge on native plants and animals, indigenous culture and eco-tourism which will be shared with you.  Our team have been working on some of the best eco-tours in Australia.

They are there to help you have the best trip possible by giving you loads of information on the places you are travelling through, offering suggestions for things to do and see, organising the camp and cooking for camp (though passengers are required to pitch in!) and even pull out a guitar and sing songs around the campfire if you’re lucky!

We are travelling to very remote destinations and our passenger’s safety is our number one priority. Our guides have a satellite phone and are all First Aid trained and certified.

Sean

G'day! My name is Sean and I grew up in country Western Australia. I love the bush and the beach and have been a tour guide for ten years working all the way along the west coast from Esperance to in the south to Broome in the north and also Darwin and Kakadu in the NT. People always ask me what my favourite part of the country is and honestly I love it all! I love travelling with people from all over the world and having a singalong around the campfire at the end of the day. Hopefully I’ll see you on one of my tours soon!

Annelies

Hi! I have been working and travelling in all corners of Australia for many years and I'm not even close to being finished! My guiding experience started three years ago up in the Top End, and across the Kimberley from Darwin to Broome and of course, across the Nullarbor!

During my days on the road I'm likely to try to host some sort of completely unqualified aerobics session, run Eurovision contests on the bus and it's probable you will see me fall over at least once every day. This is my third season back with Hassie and I couldn't be more excited!

Tour Guide Craig in Valley of the Giants
Craig

Gday! My name is Craig and I’ve been guiding for over 6 years all over Australia. As a country boy I really love my job as it allows me to show people the culture and country that I grew up in and love so much. I'm just a big kid at heart who loves the ocean and camping so what better job is out there for me! Since I started guiding I have now travelled to about 18 countries in the world so guiding has really opened up my life! Hope to see you on one of my tours soon!
