Authentic and unique experiences with a passion and commitment for sustainability and the environment.
We love our backyard, all 4000 kilometres of it and we have made it our mission to share it with travellers from all over the world for the past 20 years, showcasing the remote and undiscovered regions of the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia, the Nullarbor Plains and the South West of Western Australia. Destinations that are untouched and remote and feature some of the best beaches, national parks, ancient forests and wildlife encounters on the planet.
Outback Camping Tours Of South & South West Australia
Nullarbor Traveller tours offer authentic and unique experiences like bush camping under the stars in swags, wildlife adventures such as swimming with dolphins & sea lions, hiking in beautiful national parks, surfing on mountainous sand dunes, treetop walks through ancient forests and personalised indigenous culture. Not to mention our amazing optional tour extras like jumping in a cage, be dropped into the Southern Ocean surrounded by Great White Sharks. Terrifying much?! Our experiences will leave you speechless, overwhelmed and wanting more. And there is so much more!
An Eco Friendly & Sustainable Business
environment is shown through our Eco-Accreditation
and we are the only 100% carbon neutral company in
Australia planting 1.2 hectares of trees on our 3000 acre
accommodation property Coodlie Park each year.
Nullarbor Traveller are also a WWOOF host and offer a unique experience for travellers to come and live with us, in the remote outback destination with your very own private beach. Many travellers choose to stop here for a few nights and plant trees to offset their own travel footprint.
Unique Wildlife Adventures
We have spent the last 10 years marketing our beautiful destinations and encouraging travellers to get off the beat and track and check out this part of Australia as well as the typical destinations along east coast. Once people do travel with us they become our best ambassadors, sharing their stories and spreading the word which has allowed us to grow and diversify. The Nullarbor Traveller is now a part of the larger Australian Wildlife Adventures brand which also features mid-range accommodated tours on Great Australian Bight Safaris and personalised luxury tours on Xplore Eyre. So if camping under the stars is not your style you can jump over here to check out the other options.
So come and visit our backyard. Adventure awaits!
What We Offer
Our guides are carefully handpicked and we think are among the best in the business! They are super experienced and professional, filled with knowledge, passion, enthusiasm and an absolute commitment to you to give you the experience of a lifetime.
This is Australia and it is damn big, so if you are doing any overland tour you’ll be spending a bit of time on your bum watching the world go by, but you’ll see seeing so much more this way. We travel in air-conditioned mini buses which can accommodate up to 18 people but for your comfort where possible we only take 15 people. 15 of your new best mates.
In addition to our tours we own Coodlie Park Farm Retreat which is a remote 3000-acre property situated on the spectacular Eyre Peninsula, 700km west of Adelaide. We are certified WWOOF hosts and always on the lookout for hard working travellers who share our passion for the environment and want to offset their own travel footprint while they are in Australia.
We are proudly an Eco-certified tour company that is not only 100% carbon neutral but the only company in Australia that offsets its own carbon footprint internally. All of our tours revolve around pristine destinations and precious wildlife and our passengers will feel truly connected to nature by the time they complete one of our tours.
